Burial Services
The Burial Services of the Vantaa Parishes assist you in arranging a funeral. We also provide guidance on all matters related to burial plots, interment, and cemetery maintenance concerning the cemeteries of the Church of Helsinki Parish, Ruskeasanta, Korso Church, and Hämeenkylä Church.

- Funeral reservations (time and place, Evangelical Lutheran priest and church musician)
- Venue of the memorial service (if it is held in church facilities)Flower care agreements related to grave maintenance
- Time of the burial
- Matters related to the grave site, including the period of tenure and grave billing

Book a funeral
Funeral reservations should be made without delay to ensure the preferred date. Funeral times are available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It is recommended to arrange the funeral within 2–3 weeks after the death.
You can book the funeral through the Grave Office on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Reserve a grave plot
Reservations for a grave plot and other matters related to grave sites can be handled with the Vantaa Parish Union’s burial services on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
